Dr. Galasso owns and operates Baker Street Behavioral Health & The COR Behavioral Group with offices located throughout New Jersey and a growing telehealth presence throughout the greater United States. These practices provide integrated behavioral health services for children, teens, adults, and families. Specifically, Dr. Galasso has developed internationally recognized and adopted athletic programs for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Dr. Galasso provides ongoing consultation, training, and coaching services to individuals, families, professional and amateur athletes, teams, corporations, and schools. He and his team has and continues to provide consultation to professional sports teams in the NBA, NHL, MLS, NWSL, and WNBA. He has a proven track record for providing assistance with pre-draft selection profiles to assist teams in their selection.

Dr. Adeola Sonaike is an epidemiologist and public health practitioner. With over a decade of experience as a Health Executive, she has led numerous efforts in the development and implementation of public health initiatives and population health services for individuals with complex care and special health care needs through research, advocacy, program development and community engagement.

Dr. Adeola Sonaike is an epidemiologist and public health practitioner. With over a decade of experience as a Health Executive, she has led numerous efforts in the development and implementation of public health initiatives and population health services for individuals with complex care and special health care needs through research, advocacy, program development and community engagement. She is a founding Board of Director for Epilepsy Alliance America and the Board Chair of the Health Leadership Legacy Project.

Dr. Sonaike also serves as an advisor for multiple advisory councils in the pharmaceutical industry and the academic research sector. As an epidemiologist, she has led pandemic response and organizational cohesion efforts in the non-profit sector, the corporate sector and for professional sports.

Dr. Sonaike is an Adjunct Professor at Rowan University, Glassboro, NJ, in the College of Biomedical Science and Health Promotion. She received her PhD in Public Health-Epidemiology from Walden University, based in Minneapolis, MN. She also received a Master’s Degree in Public Health from Walden University, and her Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Sciences from Rutgers University, based in NJ.

She completed a fellowship as a Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Culture of Health Leader where she strengthened her skillsets in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and in Organizational Change. Dr. Sonaike’s areas of expertise include public health, epidemiology, health policy, chronic disease prevention, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and neuroepidemiology.

Dr. Carrie Ditzel holds a Doctoral Degree in Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology in San Diego, CA. She is licensed to practice in New York and New Jersey and is a Certified Clinical Telemental Health Provider. Dr. Ditzel specializes in geropsychology and treating the impact of medical conditions on mental health.

Dr. Carrie Ditzel holds a Doctoral Degree in Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology in San Diego, CA. She is licensed to practice in New York and New Jersey and is a Certified Clinical Telemental Health Provider. Dr. Ditzel specializes in geropsychology and treating the impact of medical conditions on mental health.

Dr. Ditzel is a practicing psychologist and clinical manager at Baker Street Behavioral Health, a multidisciplinary behavioral health clinic providing services across the lifespan. Prior to joining Baker Street, Dr. Ditzel had a 12-year tenure as a Clinical Director for CHE Behavioral Health where she oversaw the clinical operations for over 50 mental health providers treating patients in skilled nursing and long-term care settings throughout NJ.

Additionally, Dr. Ditzel stayed in the field treating patients throughout her tenure in long term care settings and provided education and training to front line staff on mental health issues. Early in her career, she served as a Licensed Psychologist at South Beach Psychiatric Center in Staten Island, NY and completed her pre and post- doctoral training within psychiatric hospital settings.

Dr. Ditzel has an active, warm, and personalized approach to treatment that incorporates evidenced based therapies to help patients feel relief from their symptoms while building skills and insights that can be used in everyday life. Dr. Ditzel is a busy working mother of two young children. She is a proud wife to her husband, who also serves on the frontlines of healthcare and is a first responder.

Dr. Daria Luongo, Psy.D., LPC is a post-doctoral fellow and Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in the treatment of depression, anxiety, stress and personality related disorders. Dr. Luongo is a doctoral graduate of CalSouthern University and currently fulfills the role as Baker Street’s Manager of Clinical Biofeedback Services.

Dr. Daria Luongo, Psy.D., LPC is a post-doctoral fellow and Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in the treatment of depression, anxiety, stress and personality related disorders. Dr. Luongo is a doctoral graduate of CalSouthern University and currently fulfills the role as Baker Street’s Manager of Clinical Biofeedback Services.

Biofeedback is a modality that Dr. Luongo provides for personal injury clients who suffer from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). In addition to Biofeedback and outside the realm of personal injury, Dr. Luongo provides traditional therapy with the approach of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Person-centered therapy. Her specialties include overcoming challenges of mood disorders, improving coping skills and rebuilding healthy relationships.

Dr. Luongo facilitates a welcoming, safe, and non-judgmental environment to explore client concerns, goals, personal growth and confidence. She has experience working with adults, teens, children and families in Partial Hospitalization Programs and Intensive Outpatient Programs. She continues to work with all ages throughout the lifespan. Dr. Luongo’s main motivation and goal is to implement evidence-based techniques in supporting her clients to live a happy and satisfying life outside of the therapy setting.

Melissa Parrish, LAC, received her Master’s Degree in Counseling from Montclair State University, and she has worked clinically with children, families, and adults within hospitals and community-based mental health programs.

As Director of Telehealth Services, Parrish directly oversees all 32 of Baker Street’s telehealth practices across the USA. Her expertise in program development and strategic organizational growth will help build an effective, scalable telehealth network as the company expands to all 50 states.

Kim Aiello graduated from Misericordia University in 2005 with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in occupational therapy.

She has worked primarily in pediatrics in a variety of settings including schools, early intervention, hospital, outpatient, and academia. Kim oversees the growing occupational therapy program at Baker Street Behavioral Health.

Dr. Brendan Guarino, PsyD, holds a Doctoral Degree in Counseling Psychology from Felician University in Lodi, NJ. Licensed in both New Jersey and New York, Dr. Guarino is also certified under the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact (PSYPACT), allowing him to provide services across multiple states.

Dr. Guarino’s specialization lies in the treatment of first responders and athletes, populations that often face unique and challenging mental health issues. With a deep understanding of the pressures and trauma experienced by these individuals, he effectively addresses a wide variety of complex issues including stress management, anxiety, life transitions, and the struggle to regain one’s own identity.

His clinical expertise is backed by extensive hands-on experience. Dr. Guarino completed his pre-doctoral training at Hackensack University Medical Center, where he honed his skills in a high-paced medical environment. He further enriched his professional trajectory with a pre and post-doctoral internship at the Center for Anxiety in New York. In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Guarino serves as an Associate Professor at Felician University. In this role, he contributes to the academic community by sharing his wealth of knowledge and experience with the next generation of mental health professionals.

Dr. Guarino is a firm believer in the transformative power of the therapeutic relationship. His client-centered approach emphasizes collaboration, ensuring that interventions are tailored to meet the specific needs of each individual. His therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based modalities, particularly Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). These frameworks allow him to offer structured, yet flexible treatment plans that adapt to the evolving needs of his clients.
